Responsibilities * Handle service requests related to hardware, software, and network problems; * Perform diagnosis and resolution of failures in equipment and systems; * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, UPS units, and other devices; * Install and configure equipment according to defined standards; * Assist in the installation and maintenance of network points and structured cabling; * Monitor local network connectivity and performance; * Manage inventory of infrastructure equipment and materials; * Update records of asset movements and status; * Document procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities; * Support the preparation of technical reports and operational indicators; * Follow security guidelines for the use and maintenance of IT resources; * Assist in implementing backup and antivirus policies; * Collaborate in executing infrastructure improvement or expansion projects; * Participate in testing and validation of new technological solutions; Requirements: * Completed High School; * Higher Education in IT or Engineering (currently enrolled). * One year of experience in the field
