Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and vacation tracking for client companies. Serve portfolio clients by resolving inquiries and advising on HR department practices. Ensure adherence to labor and social security legislation in HR department activities. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
