Provide client support and guidance regarding the HR department An accounting office is seeking an HR Analyst in Santa Luzia. **Responsibilities:** Process payroll, including social charges such as INSS, FGTS, eSocial, and DCTFWeb. Conduct employee onboarding, offboarding, and manage vacation schedules for clients' employees. Support portfolio clients by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on HR department practices. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR activities. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations. Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree required.
