We are seeking a Data Intern to work in the SGSO (Safety Management System) area, providing operational safety support through data analysis and processing, dashboard development, and maintenance of an updated database, using corporate tools such as Excel, Power BI, Forms, Power Apps, and Copilot to automate processes and generate insights. **Responsibilities and duties** * Database: Maintain the safety data repository up to date, ensuring data integrity and organization. * Data processing and analysis: Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis for KPI and SPI calculations. * Dashboards: Develop and update Power BI dashboards with clear visualizations for monitoring safety indicators. * Automation and data collection: Create Microsoft Forms surveys and Power Apps workflows for data collection and integration. * AI support: Use Copilot to optimize analyses, generate reports, and accelerate repetitive tasks. * Indicators: Monitor and update SGSO KPIs and SPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. * Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for internal departments (Operations, APOC, AVSEC, Maintenance). **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). * Basic knowledge of Forms and Power Apps for data collection and automation. * Interest in exploring Copilot for analytical tasks and content generation. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. **Preferred qualifications** * Basic understanding of operational safety and safety indicators (SPI/KPI). * Experience in process automation and integration across Microsoft tools. * Technical English proficiency for reading documentation. **Additional information** **Benefits**: Meal allowance or meal voucher; Life insurance; Medical and hospital assistance; Dental assistance; Oriente Me (psychological therapy platform); Wellhub (Gympass); Birthday day off; Located at the heart of Brazil, BH Airport is always open to deliver the best airport experience.
