




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Biomedicine or related fields. * Experience in coordinating technical teams and managing processes/projects. * Experience with in vitro diagnostic (IVD) equipment or related sectors. * Knowledge of maintenance, installation, and technical support. * Proficiency in performance indicators and inventory control. * Intermediate English with communication skills. * Coordinate the activities of the technical service team, ensuring the execution of equipment maintenance services and technical support to clients and authorized distributors. * Control and monitor processes related to installations, removals, parts shipments, equipment and peripheral replacements. * Plan and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance performed internally and on-site. * Coordinate the process of registering and updating new items in the system. * Develop and implement technical training plans for internal teams and external partners. * Participate in planning and controlling inventory of spare parts, peripherals, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage. * Provide technical support to other company departments, contributing to process integration and solutions. * Collaborate in the development and management of the department's annual budget, controlling expenses and revenues, and proposing reallocations when necessary. * Develop and engage the technical and administrative team, aiming at stakeholder satisfaction and excellence in service delivery. * Participate whenever necessary in scheduling and defining equipment and peripherals to be refurbished or repaired, in alignment with production planning and control (PCP). 2511180202461694519
