Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Biomedicine, or related fields. * Experience coordinating technical teams and managing processes/projects. * Experience with in vitro diagnostic (IVD) equipment or related sectors. * Knowledge of maintenance, installation, and technical support. * Proficiency in performance indicators and inventory control. * Intermediate English with communication skills. * Coordinate the activities of the technical assistance team, ensuring execution of equipment maintenance services and technical support to customers and authorized distributors. * Monitor and oversee installation, removal, part shipment, equipment and peripheral replacement processes. * Plan and supervise corrective and preventive maintenance performed internally and on-site. * Coordinate the registration and updating of new items in the system. * Develop and implement technical training plans for internal staff and external partners. * Participate in planning and controlling inventory of parts, peripherals, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper storage. * Provide technical support to other company departments, contributing to process and solution integration. * Collaborate in developing and managing the department’s annual budget, controlling expenses and revenues, and proposing reallocations when necessary. * Develop and engage the technical and administrative team, aiming at stakeholder satisfaction and excellence in service delivery. * Participate, whenever necessary, in scheduling and defining equipment and peripherals to be refurbished or repaired, aligned with PCP. 2512190202551694519
