Then come join a team of excellence! **We are looking for someone who has:** * Completed High School; * Laboratory experience is desirable. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide support to production activities within the sector, focusing on smooth operations; * Receive and store materials according to preservation requirements after triage; * Send communications generated by fax to affiliated laboratories; * Deliver barcode labels and urgent materials to technical departments; * Retrieve non-conforming biological materials from technical departments for CAC entry; * Dispose of biological materials stored in CAC; * Recover biological materials stored in CAC after resolution of pending issues for release; * Retrieve samples from the serum bank when applicable; * Report updates required for registration data of affiliated laboratories; * Sort biological materials from pending CACs that need to be frozen or refrigerated; * Monitor temperatures of equipment used in production: refrigerators, freezers, and water baths; * Complete CAC forms to be sent to the CAC department along with materials; * Deliver released materials to fractionation or serum bank; * Perform cleaning and defrosting of equipment; * Collect biological materials, CACs, protocols, reports, and others from specific areas; * Conduct serum banking using proprietary systems; * Remove fibrin from biological materials during triage or when rejected by the technical team; * Receive biological materials at reception from affiliated laboratories and forward them to triage. **Important job details:** * Working hours: 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (12x36 shift pattern). * Location: Vespasiano-MG (we provide shuttle bus). **What do we expect?** * Our core values inspire our daily actions; therefore, we seek someone aligned with our purpose of caring for people; * Someone who values care and empathy throughout the journey, keeping the customer at the center of all actions, striving for excellence; * Willingness to learn, appreciation for teamwork, and knowledge sharing. **What we offer:** Medical assistance; Dental assistance; Meal allowance; ️ Cafeteria; Shuttle bus; Childcare allowance; Life insurance; Wellhub; Profit sharing; Private pension plan; Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses at various educational institutions; Exclusive benefits to promote health and well-being for employees and dependents.
