Proactive and responsible profile focused on handling multiple tasks Ribeirão das Neves/MG – On-site Pintepoxi Ltda currently has an opening for a Commercial Assistant to support the company’s operational, administrative, and commercial routines. Responsibilities: * Construction project control and allocation; * Reading and interpreting architectural drawings; * Financial control support (recording and verifying invoices and reimbursements); * Tracking employee absences; * Commercial department support (preparing proposals and purchase orders, and attending to customers via WhatsApp and telephone). Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Proactive and responsible attitude. Job Details: * Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Salary: To be negotiated Benefits: * Transportation allowance; * Chartered transportation; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * After probation period: ✔ Attendance bonus (R$ 300.00\); ✔ Co-payment health plan (50% of monthly premium).
