This professional also manages documentation control and employee support, guaranteeing compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Admission Process:** Assist in the onboarding of new employees by collecting documentation, completing registrations, and preparing employment contracts. * **Electronic Timekeeping Control:** Monitor and input electronic time records for employees, correct inconsistencies, and generate monthly reports. * **Payroll Processing:** Support in reviewing and preparing payroll, entering data such as overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll events. * **Benefits Management:** Administer company-offered benefits such as transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, among others, ensuring employee enrollment and proper application. * **Vacation Tracking:** Monitor employee vacation schedules, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and current legislation. * **Termination Process:** Prepare documents and perform calculations for contract terminations, as well as support the homologation process with labor unions. * **Employee Support:** Provide assistance to employees, answering questions regarding payroll, benefits, vacations, and other personnel-related topics. * **Document Organization:** Maintain physical and digital employee records organized and up to date, ensuring compliance with labor laws and audit standards. * **Support for Ancillary Obligations:** Assist in preparing declarations and ancillary obligations such as GFIP, RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, eSocial, among others. * **Workforce Information Updates:** Stay updated on labor and social security legislation, ensuring the company remains compliant with current laws. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably pursuing or holding a technical or higher education degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields). * Basic knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems. * Proficiency in Office suite (especially Excel). * Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. * Familiarity with Totvs system (invoice entry). **Desirable Skills:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle confidential information ethically and discreetly. * Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across different company departments.
