





**Responsibilities:** Responsible for executing and supporting administrative activities within the Operations Department, ensuring compliance with internal routines, alignment between coordination and other company departments, and customer satisfaction. Acts as the interface point between Operations, HR, Payroll, EHS, and other departments, ensuring the proper flow of information, processes, and requests. **Key Responsibilities:** * Follow up on recruitment and selection processes with HR. * Enter and track departmental purchase orders. * Assist in daily timekeeping verification and employee benefits management. * Support vacation planning and coordination with Payroll. * Manage purchases and deliveries of promotional items and various materials for the department. * Collaborate in validating the monthly budget and analyzing expenses. * Interface with EHS for uniform and PPE control, as well as mandatory recordkeeping. * Verify billing measurements and validate chargebacks per contractual terms. * Prepare tables and spreadsheets, and support operational procedure reviews. * Participate in internal and external audits and assist in addressing non-conformities. * Provide general administrative support to the department and handle urgent requests as needed.
