Job Summary: Responsible for lubrication and maintenance of machines and equipment, ensuring proper operation while complying with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Organized and safe environment focused on standards and 5S **Job Description:** Responsible for lubricating machines and equipment, performing and planning maintenance activities to ensure the fulfillment of assigned tasks Lubricate machines and equipment; Perform preventive lubrication maintenance on equipment according to the maintenance plan; Carry out corrective lubrication maintenance on equipment in cases of unplanned equipment stoppages; Support and prepare production line equipment for required setup, following planning and instructions; Assess conditions, remove excess lubricants, release lubricated machines and equipment, and complete incident reports and records; Perform maintenance on centralized lubrication systems (distribution blocks; automatic lubricators); Determine appropriate types of lubricants and their correct applications; Record executed interventions and identified lubrication requirements in service orders; Execute daily lubrication orders scheduled in the SAP system; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; Maintain the work area clean and organized according to the 5S program standards; Possess knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
