





Description: We are seeking an IT Analyst to provide support for the company’s technological infrastructure, ensuring efficient operation of systems, equipment, and network environments. The professional will also be responsible for supporting users, performing maintenance activities, and participating in IT process improvements. Prior experience with the TOTVS system will be considered a plus. Responsibilities and Duties Provide technical support to users (hardware, software, network, and internal systems). * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals. * Support network administration, including access control, servers, and connectivity devices. * Monitor systems, perform diagnostics, and resolve incidents. * Document procedures and maintain up-to-date technical records. * Support integrations and internal system routines, as needed. * Participate in IT projects, such as upgrades, improvements, and implementation of new technologies. * * Provide support via service tickets, ensuring appropriate response and resolution times.
