If you want to continue making a difference and grow within a purpose-driven company, review the required qualifications and apply. **As a Production Technical Specialist, you will:** Provide technical support to the production team, contributing to the achievement of production targets by assisting in resolving issues related to adherence to production and quality process parameters, as well as fulfilling planned volumes in the PIVO system within established deadlines. **Key responsibilities of the role:** * Support the Production Supervisor in communicating with the production team, contributing to meetings that disseminate operational performance indicator results. + Ensure team commitment to target achievement by clarifying individual and collective responsibilities and guiding task execution. + Provide technical production support by adjusting machines to meet technical and quality specifications. + Conduct theoretical and practical training for the production team regarding tooling, machinery, and equipment operation, providing necessary clarifications. + Contribute to production process development by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting problem resolution. + Support updating process technical sheets by discussing discrepancies between information collected during machine adjustments with supervision. + Ensure productive sequencing according to planned priorities, monitoring setup scheduling and fulfillment of Production Orders. + Monitor production self-inspection and perform rework on products, if needed. + Ensure correct consumption of inputs, components, and raw materials during production reporting for your shift. + Support achieving process production objectives for Performance, Quality, and Availability (OEE), participating in review meetings and implementing actions to control or eliminate identified root causes. + Ensure performance indicators—including Scrap, Overweight, Generation of Non-Conforming Products, and Energy Consumption—remain within acceptable and operationally defined limits. Contribute to maintaining machines and tooling in optimal working condition, requesting maintenance as required. **Basic Requirements:** * Availability to work on a 6x2 morning shift schedule (availability for other shifts may be required as needed). * **Education: Completed Technical Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Plastics Engineering.** **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in production processes (preferably in PVC production); **What does Orbia Building & Infrastructure offer?** Want to make a difference while working with purpose?
