Technical Knowledge and Tools * Experience with public data from multiple sources and indicator development. * Database structuring and ETL/ELT process implementation. * Data programming and analysis using SQL, R, and Python. * Statistical, econometric, and AI/ML modeling. * Cloud-based data architectures (Azure Synapse/Fabric or equivalents), Git/GitHub, and BI tools. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working on projects with public-sector clients. * Involvement in data platform, BI, advanced analytics, and AI projects. * Daily use of generative AI tools. * Prior experience serving as technical reference or mentor for junior professionals.
