Job Summary: Analyst role focused on logistics, inventory management, and optimizing delivery processes to ensure timely product delivery and efficient operations. Key Highlights: 1. Control shipping and material receiving operations About the Role * Analyze, monitor, and ensure product delivery according to deadlines established in customer orders; * Issue loading orders and shipments, as well as schedule loads; * Execute billing and document control processes, including archiving of delivery receipts and departmental documents; * Develop routing plans and itineraries for the company's own fleet, aiming to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve delivery speed; * Communicate cargo, destination, and freight cost information to carriers; * Negotiate and contract independent freight services, performing cargo transfers; * Monitor freight charges, returns, damages, and complaints; * Enter freight order requests into the ERP system; * Manage returnable pallets; * Maintain updated performance indicators (KPIs) for the department; * Control shipping operations; * Control and monitor material receipt (raw materials, supplies, damages, and returns), as well as transfers; * Conduct and analyze inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy; * Analyze incidents occurring in logistics, shipping, and warehouse processes, proposing solutions; * Support the loading team regarding procedures, organization, and guidance; * Control SGI-related documents; Your Competencies and Experience * Logistics Technician, Administration Technician, or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Administration with emphasis on Logistics, or Logistics Technology. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * ERP system knowledge; Preferred Qualifications * SAP knowledge * Bachelor's degree or specialization.
