Join our team! **\#VIBRA \#SOMOSNAT \#SOMOSVIBRA** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and interpret work orders, estimating execution time, specifying electromechanical and electronic materials and components; selecting tools and instruments; inspecting machines and equipment to assess maintenance needs; * Assemble and disassemble motors, general machinery, and equipment; * Calibrate equipment and level machines and mechanical assemblies; * Analyze operator feedback and convey appropriate instructions; * Review maintenance history to estimate timing and frequency of required maintenance tasks; install structured systems based on prior engineering designs, ensuring worker safety and ergonomics, as well as mechanical, physical, chemical, and biological protection; * Verify system voltages, component electrical resistances, circuit current measurements, power factor, grounding, and insulation; * Prepare service reports documenting anomalies and operational data; * Clear lubricant conduits; * Record parts and material usage, maintenance time, modifications and improvements, and test results for parts and materials; * Adapt components and accessories; * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and production processes—including electrical panels, automation systems, and automatic process controls; execute and complete preventive, corrective, and predictive service orders covering electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and steam systems; * Contribute to organizing the work area; * Observe and comply with all safety regulations applicable to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **MANDATORY:** * Completed Electromechanical Technician program * Flexible working hours * NR10 certification * Relevant work experience **PREFERRED:** * Ongoing undergraduate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields * NR12 and NR33 certifications ABOUT **VIBRA FOODS** With a national presence and exports to over 70 countries, the company combines tradition and innovation to deliver the best in chicken protein.
