Efficient support to production and maintenance **Position: Warehouse Clerk** **Position Mission:** Ensure control, organization, and availability of materials, parts, and supplies used in industrial operations, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, process compliance, and efficient support to production and maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store parts and materials according to invoices and purchase orders. * Conduct visual inspection of heavy parts and mining-related components, verifying physical integrity and technical specifications. * Manage material receipts and issues in the ERP system. * Organize the warehouse according to safety, weight, turnover rate, and criticality criteria. * Fulfill internal requisitions from production, maintenance, and other departments. * Support periodic and full inventory counts, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Monitor minimum stock levels and report replenishment needs. * Ensure proper material preservation and adherence to safety regulations (especially for handling heavy loads). **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in industrial warehousing, preferably in metallurgical or mining sectors. * Knowledge of inventory control and ERP systems. * Familiarity with logistics, storage, and material handling. * Forklift operator or material-handling equipment training is desirable. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Operational organization and discipline. * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and sense of urgency. * Teamwork. * Safety focus.
