





* Be responsible for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under their responsibility; * Select and organize the materials necessary for the mechanical assembly of electrical panels; * Install and secure metal enclosures for electrical panels and associated components to ensure stability and functionality; * Interpret and understand technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly instructions provided by engineers and designers; * Use manual tools such as drills, screwdrivers, rivet guns, pneumatic and electric sanders; * Inspect copper bars before applying heat-shrink tubing to ensure they are clean, free of contaminants, and compliant with quality specifications; * Position and secure copper bars according to technical guidelines, ensuring they are ready for the heat-shrink process; * Perform heat-shrink application on copper bars using gas torches or thermal blowers, based on material characteristics and process requirements; * Carry out work at heights during the bar installation process; * Assist in the assembly process of electrical panels and rooms; * Maintain accurate records of all assembly and maintenance activities; * Perform other related duties as determined by immediate supervision; * Stay updated on technological advancements related to their field, aiming for professional development, knowledge sharing, suggestions for equipment and process improvements, contributing to continuous improvement; * Strictly comply with workplace safety regulations, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE); * Execute actions that promote continuous improvement in company processes; * Ensure compliance with the company's quality policy and carry out work instructions and procedures of the quality management system; Support immediate supervision on matters inherent to their area of responsibility, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to assist in defining procedures and actions to be adopted focusing on KPIs.
