**Position: General Production Supervisor** **Location:** Vespasiano – MG **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (with availability for shifts and occasional Saturdays) **About the Company** Solid and growing industry, specialized in the **manufacture of plastic and metal security seals**, with processes involving injection molding machines, engraving machines, assembly, and shipping. We are seeking a **professional with strong leadership profile, results-driven mindset, and expertise in continuous improvement methodologies**, to manage all aspects of factory floor operations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and integrate all production departments: injection, engraving, assembly, grinding, warehouse, and shipping. * Ensure achievement of production, quality, delivery, and safety targets. * Monitor performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, productivity, absenteeism, downtime). * Implement and sustain **continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Poka\-Yoke)**. * Lead and develop department coordinators and operational teams. * Analyze bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize production flow. * Monitor preventive and corrective machine maintenance. * Support audits and ensure compliance with Quality SOPs and work instructions. * Conduct daily alignment meetings and provide weekly reports to the plant manager. **Requirements** * **Completed bachelor’s degree** in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or related fields. * Proven experience in **plastic transformation industry** or similar production processes. * Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, and root cause analysis tools (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto). * Leadership skills, operational discipline, and focus on results. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or certification in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Production Management. * Prior experience managing coordinators and multiple production departments. * Experience in an environment with **ISO 9001 audits**. **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Basic food basket * Morning and afternoon snacks * Dental plan * Birthday day off * Structured industrial environment with ongoing growth **How to Apply** Send your updated resume with the subject line **“General Production Supervisor – \[Your Name]”** to WhatsApp: 31\.3629\.1271 Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.500,00 \- R$7\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
