We are looking for a **Senior Procurement Analyst** who will be responsible for conducting strategic purchasing processes and contracting services and materials related to infrastructure projects, civil works, equipment, and CAPEX/OPEX investments. This role will serve as a technical reference within the Procurement area, ensuring compliance with governance policies, compliance standards, legal regulations, and technical requirements of the company. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead strategic procurement processes for civil construction, renovations, expansions, building maintenance, and airport infrastructure projects; * Interpret technical drawings, executive projects, descriptive memorials, and terms of reference to support procurements aligned with engineering scope; * Draft and review supply and service contracts in collaboration with the legal department, ensuring legal and technical compliance; * Perform critical analysis of technical and commercial proposals, including cost composition spreadsheets, unit price lists (CPUs), cost breakdowns, and productivity indicators; * Conduct negotiations and analyses based on itemized values, taxes, and fees, detailing open-cost spreadsheets, construction CPUs, BDIs, direct and indirect costs, benefits, etc.; * Ensure SLA compliance for contracting according to execution schedules, timeline management, budget control, and technical requirements of contracted projects; * Guarantee adherence to governance and compliance policies in procurement and contracting processes; * Lead projects applying modern strategies and methodologies such as Strategic Sourcing, TCO, Reverse Auction, Cost Breakdown, and Should Cost; * Support and guide the procurement team in critical and strategic processes, including defining contracting strategies, planning demands, service SLAs, and savings and avoided cost metrics; * Interact with technical areas, engineering, legal, and internal clients to align scope and contractual requirements. * **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Civil Engineering or related fields; * Experience in CAPEX procurement, construction, investments, and asset acquisition; * Advanced knowledge in reading and interpreting technical projects, drawings, and technical standards (ABNT, NBR); * Experience in high-complexity negotiations with engineering and technology suppliers; * Experience in contracting IT services, facilities management, building maintenance, and civil construction; * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing tools, TCO, Cost Breakdown, Reverse Auction, and Should Cost; * Familiarity with the civil engineering market and specialized suppliers; * Ability to interpret legal drafts and contract clauses with technical and financial impact. **Differentiator:** Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Project Management, Strategic Procurement, or related fields will be an advantage; * **Additional information** **Benefits**: Transportation allowance or on-site parking; Meal allowance or food voucher; Life insurance; Hospital medical assistance; Dental care; Oriente Me (psychotherapy platform); Wellhub (Gympass); Empresa Cidadã Program (Extended maternity/paternity leave); Childcare allowance; Birthday day off; Private pension plan; PLR (Profit or results sharing).
