Support in interpreting contractual clauses and ensuring contractual compliance. **Job Description:** Ensure proper analysis, management, and monitoring of contracts entered into by the company, acting as the liaison among internal departments, suppliers, and external legal counsel, thereby ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to negotiated terms. Analyze contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners, evaluating commercial clauses, deadlines, risks, penalties, and obligations. Serve as the interface between the company and external legal counsel, consolidating requests, clarifying scopes, and tracking revisions and legal opinions. Mediate contractual negotiations with suppliers, aligning commercial, operational, and legal aspects. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, applicable laws, and corporate guidelines. Monitor contractual deadlines (validity period, price adjustments, renewals, terminations, and amendments) in a system or control spreadsheet, managing them accordingly and, when necessary, notifying parties regarding new amendments, adjustments, or terminations. Support internal departments in interpreting contractual clauses and fulfilling assumed obligations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract database, ensuring traceability and easy access to information. Identify contractual risks and propose adjustments or alternatives for mitigation. Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditors’ questions related to contracts to prevent non-conformities for the department, and stay informed about required corrections to adopted procedures. Comply with and ensure compliance with established procedures, safeguarding adherence to ethical and general employee obligations stipulated in contractual clauses. Keep the workplace, equipment, and materials clean and organized to maintain optimal usage conditions and uphold occupational health and environmental standards. Perform other related duties as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Knowledge of contract analysis and management. Basic knowledge of contractual and corporate legislation. Proficiency in control tools (Intermediate Excel, contract management systems or ERP).
