Analyze contracts with suppliers, customers, and partners, evaluating commercial clauses, deadlines, risks, penalties, and obligations. Facilitate contractual negotiations with suppliers, aligning commercial, operational, and legal aspects. Ensure contracts comply with internal policies, legal regulations, and corporate guidelines. Monitor contractual deadlines (term validity, adjustments, renewals, terminations, and amendments) in a system or control spreadsheet, managing them accordingly and, when necessary, notifying parties regarding new amendments, adjustments, or terminations. Support internal departments in interpreting contractual clauses and fulfilling assumed obligations. Maintain an organized and up-to-date contract database, ensuring traceability and easy access to information. Identify contractual risks and propose adjustments or alternatives for mitigation.
