We are looking for a **Billing Analyst** with experience in **tax routines and invoice issuance** to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the entire billing process occurs correctly, on time, and in compliance with current tax regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Issuance and verification of **Invoices (products, services, returns, and shipments)**; * Recording and control of **sales orders** and **shipping manifests**; * Verification of **CFOP, CST, NCM, and taxation codes** (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS); * Management and dispatch of tax documents to clients and carriers; * Support to **logistics and sales teams** regarding billing inquiries; * Monitoring of **rejected invoices** and **resolution of tax pending issues**; * Digital organization and archiving of tax documents. **Requirements** * Ongoing or completed degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields**; * **Previous experience** in billing and tax procedures within industrial companies; * Knowledge of **NF-e issuance**; * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS)**; * Proficiency in **Excel** and **management systems (ERP)**. **Differentiators** * **Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile**, with strong interpersonal communication skills.
