**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Analysts:**
* Process information and perform verifications;
* Support quality control of sales and inventory;

**Consultants (our sales associates):**
* Welcome and guide customers according to their needs;
* Verify documents, issue queue numbers, and support self-service;
* Assess customer needs and offer the best value proposition;
* Expand connections with additional services, ensuring customers maximize their benefits;
