Job Summary: The professional will follow a service schedule, use applications for part replacement and configuration, manage inventory, and ensure the proper functioning of vehicle tracking devices, prioritizing maintenance and security. Focusing on service execution in accordance with manuals and best practices **Responsibilities:** \- Follow the service schedule via the SIGhRA App \- Use the SIGhRA OS App for: Part replacement, Configuration submission, Self-testing, Firmware updates, Installation checklists, Photographic documentation. \- Manage and maintain organized inventory and tooling. \- Process material returns and requests via the App. \- Submit macros when using company vehicles. \- Verify and ensure proper operation of vehicle tracking devices. \- Accurately record working hours, respecting lunch break timing. \- Monitor performance indicators and service completion rates. \- Conduct tool inventory and control by the 2nd business day of each month. \- Execute services strictly according to manuals, procedures, and best practices. \- Safeguard client property during installation/maintenance. \- Use PPE, uniforms, and tools as per internal regulations. \- Perform vehicle checklists and maintain appropriate working vehicle conditions. \- Validate installed sensors and actuators. \- Contact scheduling or support for issues occurring outside regular business hours. **Requirements:** High school diploma completed Automotive electrical training preferred Experience installing vehicle trackers desirable 5x2 work schedule (standard business hours; flexibility required for service appointments) Willingness to travel and valid driver's license (Class B) required Employment type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Childcare allowance * Company-provided mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
