We seek a negotiation-oriented, organized, and communicative professional. **Job Description** We are seeking a professional to work in the **Procurement** department, performing negotiations, quotations, supplier analysis, and internal demand follow-up. The ideal candidate should be organized, agile, possess strategic vision, and have strong communication skills. **Responsibilities** * Conduct price, delivery timeline, and commercial condition quotations and negotiations. * Issue purchase orders and monitor the approval workflow. * Identify and develop new suppliers. * Control delivery timelines to ensure departmental supply. * Monitor minimum stock levels and warehouse demands. * Support the administrative department and operational areas with internal requests. * Record and update information in spreadsheets and systems. **Requirements** * Prior experience in procurement (preferred). * Basic/intermediate Excel knowledge. * Strong communication skills and a negotiation-oriented profile. * Organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines. * Completed high school education (technical or higher education is a plus). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in manufacturing industry. * Knowledge of mechanical and industrial materials. * ERP system experience.
