We are seeking a **Production Operator E2G I** to join our **Production** team in **Guariba, SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Responsible for field operations in Production areas; * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Map), always pursuing continuous improvement; * Responsible for valve manipulation in the field, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups—including pumps, agitators, motors + reducers, etc.; * Conduct pipeline and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * When required, collect and analyze process samples, evaluating solids, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Perform equipment safety lockout/tagout (LOTO) for maintenance; * Carry out minor repairs during operations—e.g., valve maintenance, replacement of consumable items in equipment, pipe welding, and boilerworks; * Support minor operational maintenance activities—for valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via logbook and to the Shift Supervisor (GO); * Complete sector-specific checklists, paying attention to each item’s control range and taking corrective actions when necessary; * Use company management tools to drive excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Work collaboratively, sharing information and tasks with other team members; * Take proactive actions to achieve production targets; * Perform sensory equipment analysis—observing abnormal vibration, temperature, and noise during operation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed High School education; * Technical education (in progress or completed) in Sugar & Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper & Pulp—or related fields—is desirable; * Advantage: Driver's License (CNH - Category B); * Familiarity with forklift operation is desirable; * Prior experience in industry (field operations) is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts (5x1); * Must reside in Guariba SP, Santa Ernestina SP, Dobrada SP, Taquaritinga SP, Matão SP, or Jaboticabal SP. **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you will be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional data, if required. * HR Interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview—a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
