Job Summary: This professional will analyze and control inventory reports, supervise expenses, perform purchase planning and negotiate with suppliers, as well as support operational management. Key Highlights: 1. Analyze and optimize inventory reports 2. Purchase planning and supplier negotiation 3. Support to the National Operations Manager Main Responsibilities: * Analyze and control inventory reports, proposing actions for optimization and appropriate replenishment. * Supervise department-related expenses and prepare managerial reports with action plans. * Carry out purchase planning for products, services, and equipment according to production demand and Management guidelines. * Contact and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms and delivery schedules. * Stay updated on market trends and innovations in the supply chain field. * Support the National Operations Manager in executing routines and procedures at Operational Bases. Desired Qualifications: * Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or related areas. * Strong negotiation and communication skills with suppliers. * Proactivity and organizational skills Salary: To be discussed Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
