**Job Mission:**
Ensure the availability and reliability of plant assets through planning, scheduling, and control of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, optimizing resources, costs, and downtime.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on manuals, equipment history, and criticality, including scheduling;
* Create weekly/monthly work order (WO) schedules, balancing demand versus workforce capacity;
* Monitor maintenance KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Backlog, maintenance cost, and WO management;
* Issue, prioritize, assign, and close work orders in SAP;
* Maintain updated inspection plans, routes, lubrication plans, and equipment master data;
* Generate reports on recurring failures and support root cause analysis together with maintenance; Interface with warehouse to ensure critical and spare parts are available for scheduled shutdowns;
* Propose improvements to maintenance plans based on failure and performance data;
* And other duties relevant to the position.
**KEY REQUIREMENTS:**
* Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Production/Mechanical Engineering;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, maintenance standards, and types of maintenance;
* Excel: Intermediate/Advanced;
* SAP knowledge is a plus.
