Opportunity for career growth within the company Responsibilities and Duties: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers and providing the best possible human-centered service. You will exceed their expectations by offering complete solutions—including the purchase of pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, fragrances, nutrition products, and general merchandise. You will also ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health and sanitation regulations to deliver an optimal customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will be responsible for handling in-store cash register operations, including collecting payments and performing opening, cash withdrawal (sangria), and closing procedures. You will also support customer service and store organization to ensure the best possible shopping experience for our customers.
