We are looking for a **Registration Analyst** to manage, validate, and update master data for customers, suppliers, and products, ensuring data integrity and compliance with the company's business rules. This professional will be responsible for analyzing documents, preventing registration duplicates, and ensuring the quality and reliability of data entered into ERP systems. **Responsibilities:** * Register, update, and maintain master data for customers, suppliers, and products in an ERP system; * Validate registration information and documents, ensuring data integrity and reliability; * Analyze inconsistencies and prevent record duplication; * Ensure registrations comply with internal policies and the company's business rules; * Support internal departments with updated and accurate registration information; * Develop controls and monitor indicators related to data quality; * Identify and continuously improve registration processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management Processes, Logistics, IT, or related fields; * Experience with administrative routines and/or data registration; * Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability; * Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with product registration in the retail sector; * Knowledge of data cleansing and data governance; * Experience handling high volumes of information and operational processes.
