The Human Resources Department handles employee onboarding, payroll, labor charges, vacation management, contract terminations, and ancillary obligations. It is a dynamic area requiring strict attention to legislation and deadlines, as well as direct interaction with people. Technical Skills: Currently enrolled in Human Resources, Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency with management software and spreadsheets. Behavioral Skills: Attention to detail; Focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results; Empathy when interacting with employees; Willingness to learn from colleagues and share knowledge; Respect for confidentiality of labor-related information and internal institutional policies.
