




Job Summary: An e-commerce professional responsible for strategic management, performance optimization, data analysis, and team coordination to maximize online sales. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Management:** Plan and execute the commercial calendar; define promotion strategies and campaigns. * **Performance Optimization:** Monitor critical KPIs (Revenue, Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, and Margin) and optimize product pages to maximize sales. * **Data Analysis:** Interpret sales and consumer behavior data to guide decision-making. * **Portfolio Management:** Ensure product catalog quality and monitor pricing and competition. * **Cross-Team Coordination:** Coordinate requests among Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support. **KPI Monitoring:** Monthly revenue, conversion rate, average order value, product margin, and inventory turnover. **Requirements:** * Solid and proven experience in e\-commerce. * Strong analytical ability and data-driven mindset. * Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Nuvemshop, Tray, or similar). * Knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools. * Organizational skills and strategic vision for online sales. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with marketplaces. * Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization). * Experience with pricing strategies and large catalog management. * Experience in e\-commerce operations during periods of rapid growth.
