Responsibilities: Manage daily restaurant operations (inventory, staff scheduling, cash handling, and store opening/closing). Monitor sales targets, costs, and performance metrics. Ensure service excellence, product quality, and adherence to brand standards. Lead, train, and develop the team, fostering a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives for sales growth and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related fields. Experience with management tools (POS systems, inventory management, financial reporting). Requirements: Prior experience managing fast-food restaurants, franchises, or food service operations. Ability to lead teams and handle high-volume workloads. Knowledge of cost control, performance metrics, and operational reporting. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
