




Description: To be an eligible candidate for this position, you must have: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks Technology, Computer Science, IT, or related fields; * Knowledge in networks, telecommunications, and IT; * Knowledge of Linux/Windows servers; * Experience managing on\-premises and cloud infrastructure and networks (Firewall, Routers, Switches); * Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms; * Experience with Monitoring Tools (Zabbix); * Knowledge of ITIL methodology; * Advanced English proficiency; * Availability for travel. At Globalsat, the Senior Network Support Analyst is responsible for: * Providing advanced technical support in network infrastructure and telecommunications projects, either for field operations teams or client-based teams. * Resolving complex incidents related to network infrastructure, servers, and telecommunications systems. * Handling service tickets (Movidesk). * Designing telecommunications projects to deliver and implement new services and solutions. * Developing and monitoring performance indicators for customer services, proposing preventive and corrective actions, and ensuring continuous improvement of solutions. * Conducting advanced laboratory testing of network and radio equipment to validate technical solutions. * Interfacing with international vendors to follow up on technical matters such as ticket resolution and new developments. * Preparing technical documentation, manuals, and reports to ensure and enhance implemented solutions. * Interfacing with clients to address area-specific demands, ensuring issue resolution and customer satisfaction. * Creating processes, flowcharts, and detailed procedure documents for performed activities. * Preparing reports and providing regular project progress indicators to management. * Developing training materials and documentation for internal or external teams. * Conducting training sessions and capacity building for internal teams or those deployed at client sites. 2509180202241758325
