




Job Summary: The Junior Systems Support Analyst will provide technical support to users, ensuring system functionality and contributing to incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Development and maintenance of documentation and procedures Metronorte is seeking a Junior Systems Support Analyst to join its Information Technology team. This professional will be responsible for providing technical support to users, ensuring full system functionality and contributing to the resolution of daily incidents. **Main Responsibilities** * Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets via system, phone, or in person * Provide support to users on internal systems (ERP, CRM, and others) * Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues * Register, track, and ensure resolution of support tickets * Support system implementation and updates * Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation and procedures * Collaborate with internal departments and technology vendors **Mandatory Requirements** * Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology fields (Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related) * Basic knowledge of databases (simple SQL queries) **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in technical support or help desk * Knowledge of ERP systems * Familiarity with system integration **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Organization and sense of priority **Additional Information** * Work model: On-site * Location: Londrina – PR * Schedule: Business hours (Monday to Friday) Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Transportation allowance Education: * Currently enrolled in or incomplete bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * ERP system and SQL support (Mandatory) Work location: On-site
