Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for infrastructure support, monitoring, system management, user support, and project involvement, with a focus on cloud environments. Key Highlights: 1. Execution and monitoring of new projects **Responsibilities:** * Provide infrastructure support for IT; * Monitor computational infrastructure and assess capacity, suggesting appropriate equipment sizing to meet future demands; * Manage, specify, update, and maintain essential files required for software and hardware operation and maintenance; * Provide user support and training; * Respond to service requests, incidents, and problem resolution; * Perform configurations and install new software versions; * Execute scheduled operations on infrastructure, including management of services such as Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP; * Operate in Cloud Computing environments; * Execute, document, and monitor new projects. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Knowledge of Winthor ERP. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies; * Advanced knowledge of Business Intelligence (B.I.) platforms; * Experience with SQL and ETL processes; * Knowledge of programming languages JavaScript and Python; * Familiarity with business areas of a distribution company (finance, tax, accounting, logistics, and sales).
