The **Apprentice - Administrative Assistant** will operate specific systems within their area of responsibility using available software tools, contributing to streamlining work routines. They will also assist in various administrative tasks within the assigned area, support the organization of physical and electronic document archives, and perform other related duties. If this role aligns with your professional purpose, join **CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!** **Responsibilities and duties** Assist in various administrative activities within the assigned area; Support the organization of physical and electronic document archives; Assist with spreadsheets and data entry into department systems; Receive requests and either respond to them or forward them if outside their responsibility; Take initiative and contribute to the smooth operation of their work area; Ensure proper storage and preservation of document files; Support internal and external customer service; And other tasks related to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** **Mandatory requirements:** Age between 14 and 22 years; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts; High school (currently enrolled or completed) or undergraduate studies in progress; Commitment to fulfilling the required workload (4 hours/day) both at the workplace and in training; Attend weekly qualification courses provided by CIEE, our partner institution. **Desirable:** Interest in administrative routines. **Note:** After hiring, the apprentice will participate in a formal apprenticeship program.
