Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant manages customer orders, tracks delivery status, issues purchase orders, and maintains contact with suppliers and customers to align information. Maintain frequent contact with suppliers and customers **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION** **Location:** Sete Lagoas – MG **Responsibilities:** * Receive and analyze customer orders via electronic portals, e-mail, or other official channels; * Track orders, delivery status, and pending items with relevant departments; * Issue purchase orders based on received demand, ensuring agreed-upon deadlines, prices, and conditions; * Maintain frequent contact with suppliers and customers to align information, resolve pending items, and update status; * Analyze contract lines and orders to ensure compliance with commercial and operational requirements; * Update and manage customer, supplier, and item records in the ERP system; * Perform data entry and verification in internal systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, or Logistics preferred (currently pursuing); * Knowledge of administrative routines; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Salary:** R$ 4.084,00 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance (R$ 600.00), On-site Meals, Medical Assistance (Unimed), Dental Assistance, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing (PLR), Private Pension Plan, Wellhub, Pharmacy Benefit.
