Job Description \-As a Performance and Process Engineer - Mid Level, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing plant and process performance, identifying losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. You will handle and interpret operational data, transforming information into managerial reports and dashboards that support decision-making. You will conduct root cause analyses, implement continuous improvement actions, and develop strategic indicators (KPIs), ensuring efficiency, reliability, and clarity in communicating results with leadership. **Below are the main responsibilities:** * Conduct technical analyses of plant and process performance, identifying losses, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Monitor and control critical process variables, ensuring operational stability and achievement of strategic KPIs. * Compile, process, and interpret operational data, transforming them into high-impact dashboards and managerial reports to support decision-making. * Develop and present executive analyses and presentations, translating results and opportunities in a structured, visual, and strategic manner. * Conduct root cause analyses of performance deviations (particle size, recovery, iron content, water quality, etc.), proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Develop and validate new materials and consumables at bench and industrial scales, ensuring technical performance and economic efficiency. * Design, commission, and monitor new process routes and technologies, conducting industrial tests and performance studies. * Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data, applying business intelligence (BI) concepts to generate insights and strategic direction. * Support the preparation of the annual budget (OPEX) and investment plan (CAPEX) for the Processes area, monitoring execution and resource utilization efficiency. * Directly contribute to the implementation of continuous improvement solutions, monitoring the effectiveness and results of implemented actions. * Ensure compliance with Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Business Integrity policies, promoting a culture of responsible and safe operational excellence. **Qualifications \-The profile we are seeking for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, Mining, or Production Engineering. * Active professional registration (CREA). * Experience in developing impactful executive presentations. * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and advanced Excel is desirable. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values real.
