Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Implementing short-term workforce demand planning for your area and monitoring key performance indicators to guide your team toward results delivery; * Managing your team’s work schedule, controlling tardiness, absences, leaves, overtime, and time banks, while executing routine operational actions related to your area’s processes with excellence; * Monitoring deliveries and team development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and referring team members for training; * Standardizing and optimizing operational shift handovers, ensuring proper communication of relevant topics and appropriate team allocation according to demand.
