Job Description \-As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for executing medium/short-term mine planning activities related to mining sequencing, pit operationalization, technical studies, equipment sizing, waste dump stacking sequencing, and development of mine infrastructure plans to maintain operations during the rainy season. **Below are the main responsibilities:** * Execute activities related to medium/short-term mining planning (optimization, sequencing, operationalization, among others). * Develop mining plans focused on quality and productivity gains, as well as monitor adherence and execution accuracy to medium/short-term plans. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for projects, identifying potential opportunities. * Size the mine fleet (surface mobile equipment), both initially and for expansion. * Promote a culture focused on medium/short-term mine planning. * Plan, discuss, and monitor mining plan results with the short/medium-term planning team. * Develop harmonious interactions with the operational unit team. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects in operational performance together with the operational unit. * Comply with policies and procedures regarding Operational Health and Safety, Environment, Social Responsibility, and Business Integrity. **Qualifications \-The ideal candidate for this position has the following profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or Production Engineering. * Active CREA registration / ART issuance for role and function. * Valid driver's license (Category B). * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. **Additional Information \-Why join our team?** We are a company committed to making our beliefs and values real.
