We believe in each student’s potential — supporting them consistently, listening attentively, and delivering excellence throughout their entire academic journey. **Our performance stands as living proof that our pedagogical approach is effective, robust, and truly transformative.** **If you believe in the power of education and wish to be part of this story, join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Reception and Welcoming:** Receive and guide visitors in person and via communication channels (telephone, e\-mail, WhatsApp/Blip), ensuring courteous, empathetic conduct aligned with the school’s values. * **Information, Recordkeeping, and Security:** Know and convey unit-related information; register entries/exits of individuals; comply with access protocols; schedule appointments. * **School Documentation:** Organize, request, archive, and manage student documents; issue declarations; submit service requests; support the library. * **Academic\-Administrative Processes:** Support transfers, contract terminations, service cancellations, billing, and payments — following established workflows, deadlines, and formal rules. * **Enrollment and Recruitment Cycle:** Actively participate in the enrollment cycle: providing reception, negotiating according to established rules, registering in Sismat, organizing enrollment drives, and preventing duplicate enrollments. * **Professional Conduct and Internal Collaboration:** Act ethically, communicate appropriately, maintain orderly workspace, complete required trainings, support core departments, and assist in school events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: **Completed High School** * Prior experience in customer service is desirable * Proficiency in Excel is desirable * Teamwork * Dynamism * Organization **Additional Information** **Unit** Coleguium Teaching Network **Working Hours** 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday \+ instructional Saturdays) **Salary** R$1\.686,49 **Benefits** Transportation voucher; Basic food basket allowance (R$140 starting from the first month worked); 100% Coleguium tuition scholarship for school-age children (excluding bilingual program units); Co-payment health and dental plan discounts through Unimed; 40% scholarship for courses or undergraduate studies offered by SAAEMG union; PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) linked to individual performance and achievement of unit enrollment cycle goals.
