Fulfill the mission, principles, values, policies, quality, health, safety standards and business objectives, acting with versatility and self-development, practicing 5S, performing related and inherent duties under the management of the immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities and duties** – Coordinate and supervise production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards. – Plan and organize production scheduling, ensuring deadlines are met. – Monitor and control performance indicators of the production sector. – Train and develop the team, promoting a collaborative and motivating environment. – Identify and propose improvements in production processes to increase operational efficiency. – Ensure proper use of available resources and inputs, minimizing waste. – Manage conflicts and promote problem resolution in daily production operations. – Ensure that occupational safety regulations are followed by the entire team. – Prepare production reports and present results to management. **Requirements and qualifications** – Technical education in fields related to production or engineering. – Previous experience in team management in the production area. – Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. – Leadership and people management skills. – Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing. – Familiarity with occupational safety regulations. – Effective communication skills and teamwork ability. – Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
