**We are looking for someone who:** * Is passionate about driving innovation and personal development; * Has strong logical thinking and a great willingness to learn and grow together with Opus Construtech; * Is focused and proactive; * Enjoys working in a team and communicates effectively; Is creative: capable of making autonomous decisions and communicating with clients, translating their needs and challenges throughout the implementation of new digital interaction strategies, delivering an outstanding technology experience. **This person will be responsible for:** * Ensuring process standardization and the quality of the delivered product; * Guiding and participating in maintenance and assembly activities of modular structures; * Assessing and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, ensuring their proper operation; * Requesting materials from inventory to ensure smooth module assembly processes; * Assisting in the installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems in modular structures. * Completing and releasing safety documentation required by the client and for internal management. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience in construction, metalworking, or metallurgy; * Experience in roof assembly; * Class B driver's license; * Experience in assembling metal structures; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with rotary and manual tools; * Completed elementary education * Experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance will be considered a plus; * Prior experience within Anglo will be considered a plus; * Previous experience as a team leader and/or supervisor. * Knowledge and ability to interpret technical drawings will be considered a plus **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00; Friday: 07:00 to 16:00;
