Market analysis and training development Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in procurement planning, contracting, and/or financial planning; * Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TOTVS) and advanced Excel. * Power BI, advanced Excel, or BI tools; * Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CPIM, CSCP) (preferred); * Courses in Procurement Planning, Applied Statistics, or Data Analytics (preferred); * Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Procurement Management, Business Intelligence, or related areas (preferred); * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and systemic vision; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Negotiation and influencing skills; * Time organization and management; * Teamwork. * Provide technical support for structuring service contracting processes, including scope, technical criteria, SLAs, and Terms of Reference; * Collaborate with client departments to consolidate demands and manage schedules, ensuring adherence to financial planning and budget for each process; * Populate, analyze, and propose action plans based on performance indicators (SLAs, deadlines, and budget); * Validate purchase requisitions and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with internal policies; * Work integrally with planning, logistics, and finance departments to align demand, supply, and investment capacity; * Identify opportunities for improvement in procurement processes, promoting efficiency and cost reduction; * Support the Contracting team in pre\-qualification of suppliers and preparation of the bidder list; * Develop managerial reports and dashboards for the supply and contracting area; * Support client departments by conducting market analyses, benchmarking, and price quotations to aid decision-making and ensure accuracy of budget planning; * Develop and deliver corporate training on contracting policies and corporate governance for diverse audiences. 2511280202191745946
