**About the Position** We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a consumer goods import company undergoing rapid growth. This role will play a strategic part in financial planning, ensuring its accuracy and delivering insights that guide corporate strategy and the company’s financial health. We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, business acumen, and experience in dynamic, results-oriented environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the financial planning process and development of the annual budget (Budget); monthly forecasts (Forecast); and multi-year strategic plan; * Build and maintain complex models to simulate various business scenarios, assessing the impact of strategic decisions such as entering new market segments; * Monitor actual performance versus budget, identifying and explaining root causes of variances and recommending corrective action plans; * Prepare executive presentations for senior management, translating technical data into clear, easily understandable narratives for top leadership; * Collaborate with other departments to optimize costs and support the financial viability of new projects; * Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction; * Support improvements and automation of financial processes. **Technical Competencies** * In-depth knowledge of financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet); * Advanced Excel (mandatory), plus proficiency in ERP systems and BI tools; * Ability to manipulate large volumes of data to identify trends and anomalies; * Ability to look beyond numbers, understanding market and operational dynamics; * Skill in presenting complex data clearly and influencing stakeholders in critical decisions; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data automation is a plus. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Group Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Parking, On-site Restaurant, Transportation Allowance, Pharmacy Partnership. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
