We strive to address each construction site’s unique requirements by offering optimal alternatives that enhance productivity and client outcomes. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the assembly team, ensuring execution in accordance with technical procedures and safety regulations. * Monitor daily production planning, assign tasks, and track deliveries. * Ensure service quality by conducting inspections, corrections, and necessary guidance. * Control resources, materials, and equipment used on-site. * Support production management, ensuring alignment with established goals and deadlines. * Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements to assembly processes. * Maintain communication with the contracting party, reporting operational status and addressing requests. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, applicable legislation, and occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. Technical Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Engineering. * Minimum 4 years of experience supervising assembly teams (scaffolding experience preferred). * Knowledge of production management, quality control, and operational processes. * Experience on industrial construction sites is a plus.
