Job Mission * Responsible for executing the strategies (Success Photography) defined for the channel and region across assigned stores, ensuring product visibility and organization at customer locations, as well as establishing strong relationships and service with all store stakeholders, thereby maximizing business for customers and consequently for HEINEKEN Brasil. Main Responsibilities * Visit the store floor to identify execution opportunities, primary shelf replenishment, refrigerators, and additional points. * Organize inventory, ensuring all products registered in the network/store maintain a minimum stock level aligned with turnover and delivery frequency, in an orderly and clean manner. * Pull products to fill identified opportunities during visits and replenish the primary shelf, refrigerators, and additional points, in an orderly manner and with clean products. * Ensure all displayed products comply with HEINEKEN BRASIL’s Success Photography standards and continuously pursue new additional points and greater shelf space. * Monitor virtual inventory, tracking both system and physical stock levels, and suggest orders to the store when necessary; * Perform preventive stock rotation applying the “first-in, first-out” principle across all inventory, additional points, and shelves. * Ensure all products displayed in-store are priced according to HEINEKEN BRASIL’s pricing policy, whether at primary or secondary sales points; * Execute all requested campaigns using merchandising materials, racks, permanent material setups, etc. * Complete the daily service report. Academic Qualifications * Completed high school \- mandatory.
