Description

Job Summary: Organize, supervise, and motivate production teams to ensure quality, safety, and productivity in electrical power network construction and maintenance services. Key Highlights: 1. Integration among team, supervision, and engineering Organize, supervise, and motivate production teams, monitoring the performance of dead-line electricians and providing guidance whenever necessary; Ensure that activities are carried out with quality, safety, and productivity, aligned with current procedures and regulations; Plan and monitor construction and maintenance services for overhead power networks at 13.8 kV (conventional and compact) and/or underground networks; Monitor all execution stages, from civil works to final electromechanical assembly; Ensure proper use of PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), reinforcing a safety culture at work sites; Promote integration among team, supervision, and engineering to achieve operational efficiency and meet deadlines. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Proven experience as a supervisor in construction of conventional and protected 13.8 kV overhead power networks. Experience in mining, industrial, or utility-sector services. Driver's license category B.
